Services of Investor Engagement are as follows:
1. Comprehend : Consultant should understand  the Background, Preference , Choice, Location & requirement of Investor & Showcase  Brand / Industry accordingly. 
2. Brand Guidance : Investor gets Exclusive rights for the Brand Bank (Investor can request a consultant to showcase Multiple Brand as per his/her requirement ) of  the Prime Franchise Era. 
3. One stop Solution : Consultant hereby confirms to be first point of contact for Investor for any of Franchise Business needs & also take responsibility to give him/her complete knowledge regarding particular Brand/Sector/Industry.
4. Travel Support : Consultant Agrees to Travel for Business purpose along with Investor for Brand meetings, site visit, area survey, etc. 
5. Legal & Compliance Support : Consultant Agrees to give advice, suggestion, Legal Support, etc to Investor for 12  Months from date of Singing LOI with Brand. Prime Franchise Era would act like mediator (for only Franchise Which has been Opened by Prime Franchise Era). If there is any dispute between Brand & Investor; Prime Franchise Era would take complete responsibility for solving the dispute between Investor & Brand. 
7. Clientele Assist : Reference to this Agreement, Prime Franchise Era duly respects Investor’s decision & undertakes Responsibility to help him/her on every Stage of Franchise Business (Only for the Franchiser which has been taken with the help of Prime Franchise Era). If Dedicated Key Account Manager fails to Provide the Support, then the Investor has complete rights to follow the hierarchy of the Prime Franchise Era.
